I am not responsible for any potential risks associated with the products, including allergens or sensitivities, please read the ingredients/materials used before purchasing.

2. Product Information and Usage Guidelines:

I do my best to provide detailed descriptions of each product, including ingredients/materials used for art-related items.

I do my best to include instructions for usage, storage, and any necessary precautions in the listing of each product.

3. Shipping and Delivery:

I ship with my local Carrier. If needed I will assist you in contacting the carrier for any shipping related issues.

I always give a tracking number with each order.

France Domestic 3 - 7 days

Europe 5 - 12 days

International 7 - 14 days

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country for international shipments. I am not responsible for any issues or delays related to customs and importation.

In case of loss or damage you will need to contact me within 24 hours with explanation and proof in order for me to be able to claim it to the shipping company. If possible a replacement will be issued or another solution can be made in the case of one off handmade Art pieces.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

Cancelation of your order is accepted within 3 hours.

I only accept items to be returned if in perfect condition and without opening. Return shipping expense is paid by the customer. Returning period has to be within 2 weeks of receiving the package. Also proof of product not being opened or used is needed before returning the item and a refund will be issued once I have received and confirmed that the products have not been opened or used and are in perfect condition.

I do not accept damaged goods to be returned. Never return an item without contacting me first for a confirmation.

5. Intellectual Property Rights:

I own and created my Designs, Artwork and Trademarks associated with my products/Pieces.

Any replication, reproduction, or unauthorized use of my Designs, Art & Products are prohibited.

6. Privacy Policy:

I personally only collect the Personal Data that has been filled in by the customer for shipping purposes only. I am not responsible for what SquareSpace my website host does.

7. Limitation of Liability:

I am not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to my products or services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the country and region that my business is based.
